● Access to the best IT staff.  Everybody has questions.  As a Maintenance plan client, your email inquiries are answered for FREE.  Pick our brains! As long as your question doesn't require immediate response or research, we will do our best to answer any inquiry.  If the question falls outside the free scope, we will let you know before any charges are incurred.

● Single Click Access to a Sharp Tech from your desktop. Email a support question or create a support ticket directly from our maintenance app.  You can also install and activate a remote support session from a single click within the app.

● Automated Computer Tune-Ups. Maintenance will run automatically and a report will be emailed to you and your Sharp Tech for review.  Is your computer suddenly running slow or doing things you are not initiating?  A single click in our maintenance app will run a maintenance session manually.

● Fix your Internet. Common problems with access to the Internet are fixed with a single click in our Maintenance App.

● Personalized attention from a Sharp Tech. The maintenance app will send PC errors to your sharp tech as well as virus logs.  We review them and will contact you whenever a problem appears.  You no longer need to worry.  Real, live, local Sharp Techs are keeping an eye on things.
